The purpose of Ruth Circle is to provide a welcoming, supportive context for the ladies of Trinity Lutheran Church to come together in Christian love, for Bible study, social connection and faithful missions in the local community and world. All of Trinity's women are welcome and encouraged to participate in monthly morning meetings, currently held on the third Thursday of each month beginning at 9:30am. A Bible study is held, a brunch/social time is enjoyed, and a business meeting is conducted. We usually meet at a different member's home each month.
Our primary community and world mission is to help with different projects such as: Supporting St. Luke Nursing Home by helping with Bingo, a birthday party and the Auxiliary meeting; Donating Personal Care Kits to Lutheran World Relief which are sent to different countries; Reading to the Trinity Preschool in February; and making financial or material donations to different organizations or projects throughout the year. Ruth Circle members are also entrusted with the important task of organizing funeral dinners as needed.
Ruth Circle currently involves 14 members with an average attendance of 7-11 ladies each month. Please check the church calendar and join us if you can. Contact Bonnie Anderson for information: firstname.lastname@example.org or 580-5565
